The ideal candidate will possess a creative flair, coupled with an understanding of contemporary social media landscapes. Experience in short-form video content like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts is a huge asset. While knowledge in the world of Miles & Points is beneficial, what's absolutely crucial is your creative vision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, create, and post daily content across multiple social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and X.
• Leverage short-form video platforms like IG Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts to create viral, attention-grabbing content.
• Analyze metrics and user engagement to understand content performance, making adjustments as needed for greater impact.
• Coordinate with the Social Media Manager and other team members to ensure content alignment and brand consistency.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm changes to keep our content relevant and engaging.
• Apply a high level of creativity and attention to detail in every piece of content, from visuals to captions.
• Tailor content strategies to each social media platform, taking into account the unique audience and best practices of each.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creating visually captivating content across multiple social media platforms.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software.
• Previous experience creating short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bonus: Familiarity or interest in travel topics, especially Miles & Points.
